Consistent Excellence at this Resort
ocean view maintained beach great service amazing food
i always find the landscape here amazing with very nice ocean view. the beach is well maintained, and i enjoy my time spent on comfortable sunloungers. staff delivers great service, especially the beach team. the food at Mare Mare, tean, and white is amazing and the Saturday brunch at white i find fabulous.
I find that the adult only pool is quite small, with a limited number of loungers. I had hoped for a larger, quieter space.

Tean restaurant offered the best libanese food i have ever had. Mare Mare has excellent italian options. The service at these restaurants is attentive. white restaurant provided an extensive selection at breakfast and dinner.

The panoramic suite upgrade i received was fine and very comfortable. the room was spacious with nice decor. Housekeeping consistently does a amazing job. room cleaning is always up to the highest standard.

The beach offered amazing views, with almost holy turquoise waters. I walked along the shore and felt the breeze. The room was wonderful with a great bed. It seemed like sleeping on a cloud of feathers.
The check-in process was slow. I noticed people spent time selecting water bottles as complimentary gifts. It seemed ridiculous for an efficient check-in.

helpful staff convenient access comfortable sunloungers
the staff greeted me warmly and were helpful. the beach access was so convenient (a true highlight!), allowing for easy, relaxing days by the sea. i particularly enjoyed the comfortable sunloungers available.
i did find the adult pool slightly smaller than expected.

the hotel provides a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts, alongside multiple family pools that allow both relaxation and fun. there is also a dedicated kids' club, giving parents a chance to unwind.

Khamdan helped with all our requests. He was helpful! The pool bar team was great, quick, attentive, and also very friendly. Khamdan shared his contact details, so we can book directly with him next time. He promised to offer us a good rate. I am looking forward to seeing you all again.
The service and the staff felt poor quality, I noticed they did not have basic training. The valet parked my car in direct sun for 3 days, even after I asked them not to. This caused the system to overheat and fail! One of them put a suitcase standing in the boot. It damaged the boot.

The private beach is fine, peaceful, and also perfectly kept. I had an lovely experience. The staff were very professional and cute. The gym was amazing, it had everything I needed. I can't wait to go back.

sairam was great. he was so attentive and helpful. customer service was excellent. the food was great and there was always a good vibe. i will definitely be back.
the check in was very slow. people were spending time selecting water bottles as complementary gifts. this process was not efficient. moreover, the customer agent at the front desk explained a price discrepancy.

The room was spacious and generally clean, acceptable.
The bed was too firm. It lacked the sumptuous topper I expect from hotels of this caliber. Breakfast was another letdown. The quality and variety were unimpressive. Staff was impolite when I inquired about gluten-free options. I received a blunt 'no' so the breakfast.

a wonderful stay!
pristine beach staff friendliness rapid assistance really good courtesy
i found the beach pristine, closely resembling cancun's beaches. the staff's friendliness created a cute atmosphere. butler khamdam offered rapid assistance, and the reception staff showed really good courtesy. i enjoyed refreshing cocktails made with fresh ingredients like mango and berries.
the adult pool felt small given the hotel's size, and it only offered a limited number of sun loungers.
